Procurement Process

Below details how PMSE’s efficient and hassle-free property procurement and onboarding process works. A process designed to provide landlords with a smooth, convenient, and professionally managed experience from initial enquiry through to completed handover to sit back and enjoy secured returns.

PROPERTY ENQUIRY

Landlords submit their property details and expectations to the PMSE team for initial review and assessment. Initial enquiries can be made via our online landlord portal, rental valuation form, email, or telephone, allowing us to understand your requirements.

PROPERTY INSPECTION & VALUATION

Our procurement team will arrange a site inspection and carry out a full property assessment. Following this, we will provide a proposed rental offer along with any recommended compliance or improvement works where required.

ONBOARDING & COMPLIANCE PROCESS

Once terms are agreed in principle, the onboarding process begins. Any agreed works and compliance requirements are coordinated efficiently whilst due diligence and documentation are completed.

PROPERTY COMMENCEMENT

Following completion of all required documentation and sign-off works, the property is formally onboarded. A Start date is set immediately, and rental payments commence. PMSE takes over full day-to-day management providing landlords with a smooth, hassle-free experience.
